Simpson or Thompson - The Barlow Dilema

As most good dreamteamers are i have the dilema of michael barlow and i'm not sure who to trade in for him. I want to go unique si i am tossing up between Kade Simpson and Scott Thompson.

My team is

Goddard, Hodge, Enright, Malceski, Waters, Shaw, Broughton, T Hunt, Strijk

Swan, Montagna, Ablett, Barlow, Boyd, Bartel, Banner, Gysberts

Sandi, Cox, Warnock, McNamara

Chapman, ROK, Gia, Pods, Buddy, Higgins, Brennan, Zeibell, Gumby

i have  similar delima but not sure if i want the roughie in thompson and free up some cash or boyd. i would be leaning towards thompson because he will free up 110K or so and then you can upgrade elsewhere. i mainly dont like kade cos i had him last year and did nothing for me.lol

Kornes hasnt missed a game for 7 seasons, last three game s of the year are against melb, rich and north i think, Pav would also be unique as he may get more midfield time with Barlow going down. Kade is playing against tougher opposition for hs last 3 games of the season (finals time) so this means he will probably get less points

kade simpson has only scored below 100 5 times this year 91,99,73,91,88.all reasonable scores anyway except the 73.apparently hasn`t missed a game since 2005.doesn`t seem to cop the tags judd,gibbs and murphy get.

kane cornes only scored under 100 7 times this year, 94,91,92,79,95,96,65 has a better run home for the finals playing against WCE,Melb,Rich.
Kade plays Geelong, Freo in his last 2 games might find it harder to get the ball
