I'd wait one more week to see if Gysberts get named after a decent week in the VFL. If he does your problem goes away, if not he may struggle to get another game so you could use him as a trade option.
You have no zero's in the mids assuming no late withdrawals and you should just hope it's true (I am). I would not consider trading anyone who isn't 100% guaranteed to play every game for the rest of the year therefore some like Neon Leon looks an ok option if you want MPP. Looked at McNeil but the logic is flawed as he will only provide cover if your mid is not named in the intial team allowing you to swap before hand - not the case this week.
Don't trade a rookie for a rookie unless you get $100k in the deal  ;D
