Good- Finally had the courage to drop players out of form. (Porps)
Bad- Took them too long to realise what was going wrong when they lost 5 in a row.
Special- Some good youth finally getting some games, Davis, Jaensch etc.

Bad: No clear Captaincy option
Special: Good culture

They have many players retiring at the end of this season that are such a big part to the club, they could just collapse without them.
