Jonathan brown or Lance Franklin.

Basically, is Buddy worth the extra 40k. Brown seems cheap at 389k.

Savaloy old boy, it just depends on who you like.

They're both worth having. You need to think about where else you need the money, or what else you want to see in your team. Or get both, and work the rest from there.
