had a look at him preseason just coz he performed for brissie in his first year and thort a good DT possie wuld open up to him with the eagles
deff looking the goods now! with some big scores
lucky i didnt opt for masten, hes an absolute hack!
saw him out satday nite in perth a few weeks back and told him he was the worst, most hyped up player ever!! (not only DT but AFL)

His pre season WAS good. Club record in BEEP test, in remembering guys like Cuz and Judd sets a very high standard. Woosha had early designs on him for his running capabilitites and pre season had him in a TEAM 2 guernsey palying a "run with" or tagging style role.
Certainly was a plan for him going in, however team balance has seen him miss more than his share. Should now see out the season.

valko, i WAS talking bout masten! he's a little sh!t, another coke head at the club, eagles shudve gone for rich by a million miles (when i saw him i was pretty sure he had had a game that arvo or something n it was 2.30am, an AFL player shud not be out on the town, without the boys at that time!)

razzle dazzle is an absolute legend! mate of a mate, top bloke and begining to show his real worth at the eagles

also McRooster i realise dalziell wouldve dominanted the beep test, but his form in the NAB series didnt suggest he would start off good DT wise

maybe they should have got rich, but it wouldn't have been over masten as they were drafted in different years!

As a West Coast supporter I was stoked when we picked him up from Brissie, but I'd be lying if I was disappointed in the year he's had so far. :(  Whether thats just a horrbile West Coast or he's just had a bad year I'm not sure.  He does look an awful lot like Rowan Jones when he's out there on the field...brings back nightmares. :)

Masten was pick #3 in 07 draft
Rich was pick #7 in 08 draft
