I am f#@king dirty about this!
If they knew on Thursday why did they name him?
I spent a long time crafting my team; settling on Anthony, Otten, Beams as my #6,7 & 8 respectively.
Like most people, I was looking at Anthony as one of the best cash cows this year, maybe even becoming a keeper if he produced numbers similar to Palmer and Selwood in their first years. But most of us are in the same boat I guess.
I'll be ok, as Otten will play tommorow and Beams should debut shortly.
But it's a waste of a trade.
I think you need to trade Anthony out.
If he didn't debut until R6 for example, he won't start making you cash until R8 onwards. So I think he needs to become a target for upgrading later.
Question becomes, who will make you cash now @ 86k?
