Looking for a few thoughts on the below players - I'm all the way over in the States, just want to see if I've missed anything:

* Shane Tuck/Dalziell/Kane Cornes - ONE spot avail

* Hodge/Bowden - both hi priced - coin flip ?

* Bryce Gibbs/Judd/Simpson at Carlton - do they offset each other too much or does one stand out

* Ziebell has Laidley which is a shame/is Yarran safer as Carlton need his type more ?

THANKS - just looking at locking this down within 24 hrs or my head will explode.

Oz,
Dalziell a bit overpriced but a ball magnet
Cornes is cornes tags out players but still scores well & is very fit as usual.
Tuck is tucky will play well.
Judd would be your first choice.
Gibbs next but tags & not quite in the same class of say cornes, but in saying that still a great.
Simpson would be the next choice.
Ziebell you answered your own question but could get a few games.
Yarran might get a few games later after getting a run in the VFL.

*Note* The views expressed in this column are not 100% accurate but just my opion & valued @ 50cents B4 tax.

Appreciated Naste...will be glad when the season starts...kind of fed up with changing my team on a daily basis - usually before breakfast too.

I'd thought Yarran was locked, but just read also probably VFL for two weeks, plus they've just called up Gartlett(?name).

Also news out that Angus, who occupies alot of 4th Ruck spots - maybe losing out to Browne.

Both Ziebell & Anthony would be debuting for nearly every other team except with Laidley.

And now Freo, injury ravished.....still havent decided on Broughton/Suban

** As for Judd - the only reason I wouldnt pick him, is that 80%+ of all teams have him - have to try and be different, take a gamble and leave him out - it may come back to bite me, but if it doesnt he'll take a lot of teams down with him.

Tks again.

Thing is if 80% of teams have him you are safe in knowing you won't fall off the leading pack if he fails

You might never claw back from a poor start

It's the fun of the game!

Hondo & Naste......as much as he is overpriced, I'd really love to have Dalziell......BUT.......at the price, and potential windfall down the road.......swapping him out for Hasleby, and upgrading a FWD role from a rookie to, dare I say....Skipworth......may be the smarter move ?

Tks
