To Bench or not to bench

As a DT newbie (in top 10,000), my weekly dilemma  which often costs me those last 50 to 100 points is "who to leave on the bench for this round" 
Backs pos 6 and 7 :  Hunt, Stewart, Nason & Silvangi
Centre pos 6: Trengove or  Howlett
Any help suggestions much appreciated!

backs: play hunt and silvagni, emg-nason
mids: play trengove (with bruce n bate out he will up his scores)

Nason, Hunt and Howlett I think. Howlett playing Richmond should bump up his scores.

Still wonderng on the Darwin heat & humidity hence rotation aspect for Trengove given Bruce n Bate out.   

And given that Richmond vs Essendon that makes it all the more difficult to pick re Nason & Howlett/Trengove. 

One more comment mayhelp me decide. ;D

agree with your thinking - heat in darwin is shocking, so rotations will be heavy trengove might come unstuck...

i think richmond and essendon will be a much more flowing game, recon howlet might do ok, and nason his normal 60+ and can probably rely on hunt to do the same.
