Need some help on some trades

Hi Guys,

I have got a massively underperforming side at the moment and i had a bit of bad luck with injuries... Riewoldt, Dangerfield, Masten, Seaby.... plus i had blokes like Tippet who had to get the axe... so here is the situation... i have 13 trades left 340,000 in the bank and i want to upgrade my side....

For the purpose of this exercise, here is my side - just so you can see the best way to upgrade it.

Backs - Goddard, Hodge, Shaw, Kenelly, Waters, Ladson, Silvagni
Emg Davis, Tregove

Mids - Ablett, Selwood, Cooney, Vince, Barlow, Martin
Emg - Howlett, Shuey

Rucks - Sandilands, HMac 
Emg Warnock, Grimley

Forwards - Brown, ROk, Franklin, Hall, Ziebell, Sylvia, Pods
Emg - Rockliff, Tarrant

Was thinking about ofloading Ladson this week to get someone like Hurn. I keep thinking if i should get Goodes in my team?

I am definetly in some trouble - so i would appreciate any advice that you can give me. Thanks

I'd start down back & look at upgrading Ladson & Silvagni cuz they are both costing you some serious points, silvagni & has made his cash & Ladson is done & done

Thanks for that - i was definetly going to be doing that this week. I think Hurn is probably the cheapest consistant back. So i will def trade him in i think...

Anyone have any other advice?

Ladson to Goodard   *Nick Malceski*
Sylvia to Gia

That will get you team back on track. Look to upgrade martin later to a prem mid.

Thanks mate - I already have Goddard in my team and he is a gun... really looking at getting Hurn in this week, unless i can be convinced of a better backman to get.

As for the trade - Sylvia to Gia... isnt that a bit sideways?

round 7 - 160
Round 6 - 114
Round 5 - 134
round 4 - 86

p.s Gia B/E is 34 and Sylvia is 160, get ready to drop a heap of cash!  :o

Thanks for the input - I feel i have missed the Malceski boat, it sailed a long time ago do you really think i should eat humble pie and jump on now?

Dont you think Hurn could be as capable of scores like Malceski is?

I have ridden the Sylvia train is it really time to put him in the gun?

Sorry about all the questions - i just wanted make sure i make the best descision this week... its going to define my season and i really need a league win :-)
