what changes should be done

Backs: You have 3 definite keepers & another 2 or 3 potential keepers (Kennelly, Waters & Maguire). At some stage maybe trade out two of Trengove, Davis & Farmer for a premium.
Mids: Maybe in a week or two trade out Martin & Morabito for a fallen premium & cheapie who will play.
Rucks: Try to fit in one of Cox or Sandilands for Kreuzer or NicNat.
Forwards: looking pretty settled, maybe upgrade one of Gumbleton or Fyfe (leaning towards Fyfe as poorer job security than Gumby) to a premium.

Overall, a pretty handy side, but some upgrades will improve the output of this side.

1. Trengrove must go

2. IMHO, you need another Forward Premium, That area is a bit wobbly, with Franklin,Gumbelton etc...
