First SC - Rate my initial team - Any advice?

This is my first shot at Supercoach and looking for advice/comments on my team thanks.

Backs : C.Enright, A.Mackie, J.Adcock, N.Malceski, J.Rivers, T.Murphy (Haw), R Houlihan Bench: - S Hill, Z.Dawson

Midfielders : J.Bartel, J.Selwood, D.Kerr, C.Knights, T.Tuck, H.Skipworth (Bench : - D.Rich, J.Ziebell

Ruck : B.Ottens, K.Tippet Bench : - J.White, S.Jacobs

Forwards : M.Richardson, R.Murphy, S.Johnson, J.Roughhead, B.Fevola, S.Higgins T.Hentschel Bench : - C.Yarran, S.Hogan

Not a bad team however upgrade Tippet for sure in the rucks he will only average you about 50 and you want more than that out of a second ruck.

Not sure about Rivers but hey its your team

You have to much money sitting on the bench play a couple of the top draft pics in your 22

change Kerr to the likes of Foley or Gibbs

Ok, not sure anyone else is game ! I think this team is too conservative. You have a lot of players around the $350 to $450k bracket who are not really premium, and too much young talent on the bench. Go for more premium players and more gun rookies (one or two might even start on the ground).

Players you can improve on for me: Mackie, Rivers, T. Murphy, R. Murphy, Ottens, Tippet (horrible pick), Hentschel, Knights, Tuck. There might be a real smoky or two in that lot but you have too many of those 'it could go either way' type of players. Hope it helps
