Trade Help Mid/Forwards?

Hey Guys, I'm looking to dish off one of my rookies for any cheap player that is a midfielder/forward or mid/defender, that way i can take advantage of dual position system, and replace Dangerfield with a rookie, so if you guys can tell me any midfielder.forwards or any midfielder/defenders it would be much appreciated.

you may as well trade danger for a forward line rookie such as p davis and then upgrade a rookie in your mids
