Are they doing Premium Dream Team this year and when does it start?

As far as I know there will be no Premium Dream team this year. The numbers last year were very insignificant after 2008 effort of the man winning cheated and therefore no prizes were awarded in 2009. AFL  know Dream team is free and prizes are given but to expect someone to join Premium in 2010 for $9.95 with nothing for their efforts is ludicrous.
