Just heard that fat bald guy from the HS Robinson I think say it will be looked at closely. Also heard on alot of talkback radio our wce v ess game was not the sort of display of AFL required for a prime TV slot.

I feel if we are not at least competitive on Anzac Day there will be calls to ditch us from the day which would be very sad, thoughts bombers?

I doubt they will drag essendon away. Collingwood and essendon draw some of the biggest crowds of the year. Its tradition.

It would be disgraceful by the AFL if they change the teams.

Carlton v Cooolingwood instead ;D

Nah, we've got it for good. Collingwood and Essendon (and Carlton) have been the biggest crowd drawing clubs of the last 120 years. Can't see why that would change.

Richmond used to be the fourth big club, and then well, you know, they started to suck. If they pull Essendon from the ANZAC day match I'm moving to England. Seriously when the Pies were struggling they didn't threaten to take them out of the match I mean seriously WTF?

When the Pies were struggling, they still had big crowds. But Essendon still get decent crowds also. That's all they care about, not the quality of the game.

Melbourne has kept the Queen's Birthday...

I think Essendon and Collywobbles will keep it, you always know its gonna be a good match no matter how bad the teams are. Good Friday is one that should be brought in IMO. Hawks vs Cats FTW.
