What is the formula for price changes?

I ran the forumla for Ablett. According to the formula, his price should have only droppe $2k+, not $16,500.  ???

Not sure if there is an exact formula that is that simple, it is a bit more complicated. Apparently the total $ value of all players is exactly the same each week. Therefore player a, b & c must move up in value exactly the same amount as players d, e & f move down in value, to keep the total amount of cash value the same from week to week. If that makes sense???

What I have found working backward with the "magic number", it ends up different for each player.  I guess you have to find the average between them.
