ADT: Rules Discussion 2020/2021

A thread to discuss any rules changes for the upcoming offseason or the 2021 season.

We will vote on these prior to the trade period beginning.



One rule that will be up for debate and voting is the cap of list movements in the trade period with the current rule meaning we have a cap of 20 movements which includes picks (but not on-traded ones), it'll likely have the following five options:

What should we do with the current list movement cap of 20 in the trade period?
A - decrease (and if so, to how many)
B - keep as is
C - increase (and if so, to how many)
D - scrap
E - players only

I'm sure there may be some others people would like to raise, so now is a good time as we'll keep this going until the finals are over and then vote after that so we can open the trade period.
