Further updates that have come through from UF.

ROUNDS 14-18 UPDATE
The AFL have announced the remaining schedule and there's been a lot of questions on how it will be handled on UF. We'll provide a full update after Round 12 is complete but some quick guidance for now...

Round 14 & 16 have two teams on a bye and will be treated as per previous bye rounds where leagues will need to add adjustment scores if desired.

Round 15 has six teams on a bye and will be also be treated as per previous bye rounds, however we will be providing options to exclude this round from affecting finals:
- We are enhancing the Edit Finals System tool to allow PLUS leagues to exclude Round 15 from finals. This option will be available by the start of the next round.
- For non-PLUS leagues that were due to have their finals start in Round 15, finals will now start in Round 14 and Round 15 will be a bye.

For now sit tight and stay tuned for more info once these updates are applied during the week. And last but not least look out for the final position changes dropping on Wednesday evening!

Further information to come but as stated above Rd 15 will be a bye round and we will proceed as above,

So two thoughts on the Bombers Dees Game for Rd 3

1) Do we take their scores from Rd 4 which I feel reflect better the form applicable to Rd 3.
2) Take Bombers Dees scores from Rd 15 the bye rd.

As I said my preference is Rd 4. Averages I feel for two teams contracdicts what we have been doing for other bye rds.  In hindsight if we had known at Rd 3 how the season would pan out would have treated things differently.

Out of those two options, surely gotta go Rd. 4 scores. No logical reason to use Rd. 15.

Personally I feel we should use Rd.4 scores, as it matches what we have used for all other byes for the season, and past seasons as well. If we want to change this approach for byes, then I think it should be discussed during the off-season, ready for next year.

As teams are still only being announced 24 hrs before game 5 emergencies can be named in preferential order. Remember you can post as per UF but list emergency order in the thread as it changes results as we have seen/

Rd 14 will be as per AFL Rd 14 with Lions and Crows scores from Rd 15 being added

Rd 15 will be AFL Rd 16 with Pies and Tigers Players scores from Rd 15 added - Any Pies and Tigers players to be nominated prior to their games in Rd 15. Tigers Wednesday 2nd September 7:10pm and Pies Friday September 4th 7:50pm.

AFL Rd 15 will be a bye round for us.

Bombers and Dees scores from Rd 4 will be added Rd 3 over the next few days to finalise Rd 3.

Finals will be a 4 team final over 2 weeks as per UF Rds 16 and 17.
