Fair call, B to Simpson!! Not being an expert on Carlton players, and cos I love lists, the rest of them I rate as:

1 Andrew Walker C+
2 Jordan Russell C
3 Marc Murphy A-
4 Bryce Gibbs B+
5 Chris Judd A+
6 Kade Simpson B
7 Brock McLean C+
8 Matthew Kreuzer B+
9 Chris Johnson D
10 Richard Hadley D
11 Robert Warnock C
12 Mitch Robinson C+
13 Chris Yarran C+
14 Brad Fisher C
15 Steven Browne D
16 Shaun Grigg D
17 Setanta O'hAilpin C-
18 Paul Bower B-
19 Eddie Betts B-
20 Rhys O'Keeffe D
21 Mark Austin D
22 Shaun Hampson D
23 Lachlan Henderson C-
24 Kane Lucas C+
26 Joe Anderson D+
27 Dennis Armfield D
29 Heath Scotland B-
30 Jarrad Waite C
31 Marcus Davies C-
32 Bret Thornton C
33 Ryan Houlihan C+
34 Simon Wiggins C-
35 Caleb Tiller D
36 Rohan Kerr D
39 Sam Jacobs D
40 Michael Jamison C-
44 Andrew Carrazzo B
45 Aaron Joseph C+

Rookies:
38 Jefferey Garlett C-
46 David Ellard D
42 Zach Tuohy D
28 Jaryd Cachia D
37 Joseph Dare D
41 Levi Casboult D
43 Simon White D
47 Joshua Donaldson D

My D rankings to the youngsters is rating them as AFL players NOW, not AFL players in the future.

I think your going just a little early with rating Lucas as a C+ with the likes of Joesph (who has tagged many good A grade players out of games in the past), Brock McLean and Mitch Robinson who is showing some good improvement early. I just think 2 games isn't enough to warrant a C+.
Good idea though. Would create many good talking points particularly between Carlton supporters.

Johnson is a gun. Ratten just doesn't like him. deserves a C.
Joseph and Jamison to at least B-. Pretty good at their jobs.
Rest to B. How is Waite a C grade :o

Rest seem pretty spot on ;D

Master Q

Good to see no F's ;D Waite should be a B or B-, Good Player that.

Wouldn't he be one of the best CHB/CHF Crossovers in the comp though?

He is. Ratten just got rid of Thornton and Waite to scare the bunch. Expect them to be back very soon.

The number of "A" grade players is irrelevant. If you have a team of committed competant players that NEVER give up you will win most games. Look at Collingwood, I think a lot of their players are pretty ordinary, but they win because they refuse to lose

Which players out of curiosity?

A players for Collingwood? Swan, Pendlebury, Didak, Presti and Maxwell. Harry O starting to close in on that rating also, but not now!

Murphy needs to stand up a bit more and show more of a leadership role.
