Every year in ADT, the coaches get a chance to recognise the efforts of their players and nominate for them for two prestigious ADT awards. Both awards are voted on by the coaches in a 3-2-1 system where 3 is the highest amount and awarded to the player the coach deems best in their category. Coaches must nominate one player for each award, and when voting, are not allowed to vote for their own player.

Coaches' MVP

Nominees for the Coaches MVP award can be any player the coach wants. There is no set criteria other than that the coach can only pick one player to nominate. Feel free to justify the selection.

Guadalajara

MVP - Brad Crouch: Finally got a full season out of him and it was an important reason for us getting through to the prelim because the man's mad consistent.

Next Gen - Marty Hore: Had to call upon him as a D4 quite a bit this season and he delivered for the most part. Still only 23 so hopefully can carve out a solid career as an intercept defender.

EL PASO PIONEERS

MVP. This was actually a pretty hard one for me as I could have given it to numerous players which I’d say is a team issue more than anything. But one guy that was always there and I didn’t have to worry about was Luke Parker. Jade Gresham very stiff to miss.

NG. Easy pick and no explanation required - Xavier Duursma

LF

Roswell

Next Gen
Patrick Lipinski

MVP
Ok I was in two minds with this but I’ll go with Caleb Daniels over Dom Sheed
Calebs move to the backline for has seen him shine and I look forward to him anchoring Roswell’s backline next year after holding up the forward line this year.

Next Gen - After careful deliberation and consideration. I think that there is really only one player who deserves to be nominated for this award in my team. The magnificent Sam Walsh was above and beyond my best player who qualifies for the award. One of my best players despite this being his first season. A brilliant career ahead of him. Go on son.

MVP - I was heavily tempted to give Walsh the double nomination, but one other player edged him out with his consistency while not sacrificing his scoring. James Harmes is my MVP for Dallas this season, he never dipped below 70 points all season, player every game, and was almost always good for a score around 90.

Springfield

MVP: What an amazing season from the man himself, Rowan Marshall. From Pick #18 in the Rookie Draft to one of the most valuable pieces in the competition, with his massive 99.5 season average as a young ruck. Beast.

Next Gen: Another young ruckman, the legendary Reilly O'Brien was one of the key contributors in carrying Springfield to a Preliminary finals appearance this season. Despite only 2 games at AFL level prior to this season, ROB didn't miss a beat managing 95.5. Pig.

Arizona Scorpions:

MVP: Current premier ruckman Brodie Grundy. 25 years young with an avg 120.8 for the season.

Next Gen: Only played 7 games, named as emerg few times, Jackson Hately. Maybe a couple of club movements EOS, could benefit his playing role.

Pkbaldy

Next Gen: Bolivia Condors' young gun midfielder/forward  James Worpel has lit up the stage in his 2nd year. 8th highest averaging fwd and very consistent.

MVP: The highest total fantasy defender, and the 2nd highest averaging defender, Jake Lloyd.

popedelio

MVP: Andrew Gaff - Indifferent season for him, but always consistent in fantasy, super reliable to pull up for 105 and lock him for either VC or C for the season

NGA: Conor Rozee - Terrific first year, and a forward at that too. Had my eye on him for my team in the draft as we were desperate for forward depth. Exceeded my expectations in 2019.

Los Angeles

MVp - Matt Crouch

Next Gen - Andrew Brayshaw
