Which R12 bye rookie would you go early on?

I want to go early on one of these guys and hope they hold their spot through the R13 & R14 bye rounds.

Bewley has scored 49 against the Lions at home and 47 against the Pies away. Will be on the bubble next week against Port at home.
Clarke scored 99 against the Blues in a tagging role on Cripps and obviously got a bit of it himself. Hawks & Eagles after his bye.
Gardner scored 41 against West Coast away after being drafted less than a week earlier. Blues & Pies after his bye.

Who should I get?

Clark obviously looks the best but he's the only one of the 3 I wouldn't go early on

He'll certainly play a second game and hopefully for us he'll play plenty more but with Shiel, Stringer and Orazio to return I'd want to see him named for a third before committing

Flip a coin between the other two. Personally I'm going early on Gardner because it's D8 for me, and even though he only scored 41 that was playing in a forward line that got belted by 10 goals so I think there's scope to improve where as Bewley has shown in both JLT and winning AFL games that he will likely continue to put up 40-50

Like I mentioned previously in the rookies thread I also think Gardner has the best JS of the lot having been drafted and instantly brought into the 22

Clarke the best option out of the three purely on scoring, will definitely play his 2nd game, but wait and see once Shiel, Stringer and Raz comes back after the bye. Can see Begley, Baguley, McNeice making way for the three. Langford has one bad game and he's out. So Gardner/Bewley this week, Clarke on the bubble.

Clarke no gurantee to play his 2nd game imo with the guys we got coming back

Got 6 votes from the coaches and has been praised for his performance

No way he gets dropped - he has kept his spot off that performance, which is why I would wait to see if he gets named for a 3rd game before committing

Correct, with the likes of De Boer being the talk of the town you'd expect Clarke to get a decent run. If Hately doesn't get selected I'll be going early, just need him to play the two bye rounds & then can wait it out. If he gets dropped no dramas, I'd be confident he'll sneak in 3 price rises over the next couple of months.

Would be hard for the coach to drop him after that effort

Thanks for the responses everyone, tend to agree that Gardner seems like the best bet to go early on.
