Neale, Whitfield, Lloyd and Boak all appear locks for top 6 in their positions and I don't have any of them...

Got 3 out of 4, just need Boak now

Decided to save a trade and didn't bring in Whitfield for Dusty. Cost me 90 points there

Also passed on Rozee and brought in Scrim over LDU as I didn't do Dusty trade hence couldn't work positions.
Could be super costly. Dusty 100% gone next week, pity he is an absolute star on a team that can't help him one bit, all the load is on him and simply can't take it. Not saying it's an excuse but geesh it's hard to watch, teams just easily taking his influence out of the game.

Considering Neale but think his price will be out of reach. Also don't wanna chase scores, surely surely surely he gets a tag soon enough. Guy had 16 clearances and 25 contested last night.

Oliver is another option. Melbourne can't keep playing this badly.

Other option is Josh Kelly Giants. Looked good yesterday for a 95. After Geelong next week their fixture opens up considerably. Freo, Swans, Saints, Hawks, Bloos, Dees, GC

Would give me

Fyfe, Macrae, Cripps, Kelly, Sloane, BRouch. Good looking mids.

Then gotta jump on Lloyd Whitfield Neale at some stage. I still think Boak slows at some point

It's rough but look on the bright side, you have a saved trade and probably some good coin in the bank, and your rookie situation would be solid.

If you have the cash I think Neale is a must have, unless you think he might drop in price at some point.

Oliver's price will drop this week below $600k and you would think he will be a top 10 mid, so he might be a solid pick and would be priced lower than Neale and Kelly. Melbourne will start winning games and Oliver will improve.

I would want to see Kelly a few more rounds before I got him in. His price shouldn't go up too much, even though his schedule looks nice.

Considering Greene and Hore to Moore and Rozee...haven't used any trades yet this season. Not too keen on Wilkie or Burgess, already have Collins Scrim Clark Duursma down back and Drew Parker Setters Petruccelle Balta up front. No swings in the mids.
Thoughts?

Sounds like Greene will be back next week for sure, so I'd hold

Hore has to go though.

Any way you can get Moore/Rozee without trading Greene?

Can't believe you don't have Miers :P
Nah that was the only way. Pulled the trigger haha, happy so far but ultimately depends how Greene goes from here. flower Rozee looked incredible last night though, especially seeing as we still won :p

I’ve gone against my rules on premiums and gone Heeney to Worpel and Ryan to Lloyd. Just don’t like the look of Heeney and Ryan’s carrying an injury.

On top of that I’m holding Toby! Haha! What am I thinking?  :o Oh well, we will see in the next month of footy.

Move along people, there’s nothing to see here............. :-\

Have just enough cash to go Goldy > Grundy this week.
Should I do it?
Goldy did score 114 but I’m still finding it hard to be convinced.

To be honest I have no idea how Goldy got to 114, his score did not reflect his impact whatsoever.
He seemed to be getting +1 for just competing in a ruck contest, look at the DT/SC difference.

I got burnt last year by not getting Grundy in all year and sticking with Goldy, if you have no immediate concerns then I can understand the trade.

I hate trading premiums but I feel it’s necessary
Traded Heeney to a Worpel last week and that has made me hesitant to make a big move again.
So I’m thinking either Goldy > Grundy or Dunkley > Lloyd  :-\

I think Dusty is gonna have to go now

Goldy was massive in the 2nd half

Goldy could have a massive next fortnight. Rucking against Adelaides nobody next week, then Essendon who have conceded 85, 114, 126 to rucks thus far. The 85 was to scrublord Dawson Simpson.

I'm half as bad. I saw what you wrote about Ryan re injury and traded him via DPP to Worpel. I am in a world of pain now.
Kept Heeney thank God.
