If i put a bye player on the ground in my forward line and have 2 emg in my forward i no in normal rounds you get the lowest score but in bye rounds you get the top 18 scores so if one of my emg score is in the top 18 will i get it

No, it'll be your lowest emergency score, because the Best 18 Scores protocol doesn't overrule the Lowest Emergency Score protocol.

I'd take the 63. Par rookie score, and during the bye weeks it's a good plan to play it safe.
