How long before the game are teams finalised. Will we know if Pendles is playing before Richmond play?

If pendles is out which I feel he might be, I'd like to loophole Mutch and Higgins but maybe I should just put the E on Higgins to be safe

Final teams are about 80 minutes before the game so you won't be able to wait it out.
