O'Meara, is his time up?

Hi guys, first year supercoach here.

With a break even of 125 is it time to give O'meara the boot?

In my scenario, a downgrade on him this week allows for an upgrade on Holman next week. The issue is the lack of rookies with solid JS coming through at the moment.

So on this I guess my questions are:

1) Is it time for O'Meara to go
2) Is it okay to downgrade to a rookie who has only played 1 game
3) What rookies are on peoples radar this week and in the coming weeks?

this would get more comments in the players and trades section.
there are reasons for trading and keeping jom.   
1,  has scored more than 125 before
2. outscores a rookie (except kelly)
3. can step you into a superprem

secondly, going early with a rookie after 1 game is a calculated risk,   some times you need to due funds, planned future trades, or injury replacement.   do it if you need too,   "sc rules" are guidelines that have arisen over the years based on successful coaches experience.  it is still your team and you need to decide for yourself and the current situation.
