Hi All,

After a few good years of doing well, last year was one I wish to forget!! Please rate?

B:  Laird, Lloyd, Hanley, O’Shea, Cumming, Goddard (Doedee, Morgan)

C: Dangerfield, Mitchell, Sloane, Fyfe, Selwood, O’Meara, LDU, Wigg (3 Rookies)

R:Jacobs, Gawn (English)

F: Franklin, Heeney, Dahlhaus, Deledio, Christensen, Higgins (Rioli, Ballenden)

Taking the punt hat lids can stay injury free to make some cash and then sort out the best forward to choose. Still deciding between GAJ and Sloane....

Defence looks way to flaky, you're relying on 5 rookies and I just can't see them lasting 6-7 rounds (even if you get the numbers to start with). Buddy to Yeo/Hibberd/Simpson would be my suggestion.

Appreciate the feedback bully.... made some slight adjustments!

B:  Laird, Simpson, Hanley, H Shaw, Cumming, Goddard (Doedee, Morgan)

C: GAJ, Dusty, Fyfe, Selwood, Coniglio O’Meara, LDU, Wigg (3 Rookies)

R:Jacobs, Gawn (English)

F: Franklin, Gray, Dahlhaus, Deledio, Christensen, Higgins (Rioli, Ballenden)

5 premo midfield without Dangerfield is just a bit too weak for my liking.

Just mentioned on the main board that Heater's rebounding role may be questionable, Deledio & Griffen warming the seat until Cumming gets up to scratch. Could possibly look at Roberton for that position. O'Meara is another risky pick, might come off but might not. Reckon you'd be better off bringing in Bont, Beams or Cripps at the expense of Buddy and take a punt on a discounted forward.

Like the teams structure, mids a tad weak but you make up for it in other lines.

Laird and Simpson should be top 10 defenders easy. Hanley and Shaw have the ability to be top 10 defenders so although risky they could pay off. (Hanley has the round 10 bye so make sure you have suitable cover)

GAJ is a risk with him not playing a full season in years but the scoring ability is definitely there. Dusty/Fyfe are great picks and the next 3 in line are underpriced. If you could find the money I would try and get Danger but not a necessity.

Rucks are cookie cutter on this forum but better than most people who will be starting with nic nat.

Franklin will be a roller coaster but can't see him finishing outside the top 10, however you could get him cheaper later in the season. Think Gray is too risky to start with and would look at getting him after the round 10 bye as he coud start off slow with a role change with Rocky pushing him out of the mids. Dahlhaus should bouce back so I like that pick and Lids and Christensen are both cheap and could score 80+.

Like both the teams u posted. 1st one a little weak down back as has been said.
The second has weaker mids.
Maybe try and find a happy medium between the two?
How about Deledio > Rookie and Coniglio/Omaera > Mitchell ?
Shaw >McGrath/Brayshaw could also be an option as well/ instead to strengthen mids.
Prefer Heeney/Billings to Gray for reasons mentioned above.
Like the GAJ,Selwood and Buddy picks. By starting GAJ and Selwood you're covering the non Danger mid points which makes them great PODs imo.

Thanks guys, in light of everyone’s feedback. Thoughts on some minor changes!

B:  Laird, Simpson,H Shaw, Birchall, Cumming, Doedee ( Johnson, Morgan)

C: Danger, Dusty, Fyfe, Selwood, Hanners, Coniglio, LDU, A Brayshaw (3 Rookies)

R:Nic Nat, Gawn (English)

F: Franklin, Dahlhaus, Deledio, Barlow, Higgins, Keefe (Rioli, Ballenden)

downgrade Delidio to Bundy, swap Hanners (who is injured) to Cripps and upgrade Nic Nat to Jacobs.

These all sound like winning moves to me

Ringo

Just be careful with byes if upgrading Nat as you will have another with the dreaded Rd 14 byes. Maybe look at Goldy as strong reports that he will be getting back to his best after overcoming off field issues.  Monitor through JLT.

Support other movers suggested.

Solid changes above.

If you want a Sydney mid and POD over someone like Cripps at that price range, I reckon Parker is your man. Very solid end to 2017 and having a full pre-season for a change.
