thoughts on shuey now with no priddis or i guess mitchell. any chance of him taking the bull by the horns and dominating this year?

just grabbing some thoughts.

He's definitely a chance to push towards that 110 mark but is more than likely to end up in the 100-105 mark

You have to factor in things like the added attention he will receive being the #1 dog and whether you think West Coast are going to drop a lot this year

Also guys like Beams and Cripps are not that much more expensive and probably have less risk

I would probably take a punt as an early upgrade option if he starts well and he hasn't risen to much

I definitely think he could have a big year and it wouldn't surprise me to see him go 110+
I would rather wait and see how he goes though before getting him in

I reckon I'd take Redden given his price if I were to choose a WC mid. Think he played alot fwd with Priddis/Mitch in the team so should go back to the middle where he is suited.
Interesting to see who steps up- Shuey,Yeo,Sheed,Redden even Duggan.

He's in the CEY, Nick Graham, Horlin-Smith type mold imo. Good on their day, but in and out of the side.

I love him and he is by far and away our best midfielder and next Captain. I do think we'll struggle this year and copping the hard tag from every oppo (assuming they run one against us) is going to test his resilience. I reckon he goes 105 but that'll be his limit, prep for the odd stinker if you pick him!
