Hi Guys,
Smashed with injuries and struggling in my leagues, but it has allowed me to build a war chest.
So Its time to make a move now that my structure feels finally settled.

Getting rid of a cash cow and moving up. Looking to lock in a keeper for the season so Uber star.

Mids - Titch, Dusty, Fyfe, Neale, Cogs, Kelly, Holman (Brayshaw/Dow/Banfied/Barry)

700K in the bank, looking at M.Crouch in a few weeks but not sure who to lock in this week.

I agree. Although I’m a bit worried about his back/ output/role, I’m happy everyone is staying away. When he comes good, hopefully everyone’s war chest is gone. The decision to start him might just pay off in the long run. (For League wins at least).

Im picking up macrae in a similar situation, has GC/Brissy as his next 2 and better bye :P

Ill be picking up danger at some point but atm hes not at his best, im waiting for his big score thatll come soon enough, could be this weekend but im happy to wait and hope its after the byes could im already slammed round 14 :D

+1 He's already dropped $100k ... take that as a win and bring him in while you have the funds in hand.  If not this week then next week. He is low risk, high reward atm ... something an injury ravaged team needs to steady the ship.

Cheers guys. Thinking i Might get Cripps this week, maybe Danger next and skip Crouch. Bit worried about all the talk around Dangers back/cork etc etc. And Kelly seems to be taking his points, plus Ablett back soon. soooo still not sure.  :o

No need to bring him in at all. He's still set to drop a lot more, has fitness issues and is playing deep forward. Wait it out and see what happens. Macrae and Cripps in much better form and a lot cheaper

Can see this, but I'd take the risk on a guy like Danger over both of them, how many times has Cripps burnt us? Can't even count, Macrae hasn't had a top 10 season ever, how many times has Danger let us down?  Never!!!!!  :P

I do have to say, I did not expect Macrae to be that cheap so I might have to join the club afterall and give Danger another week before I bring him in.  :P
