Not good news :(

QuoteFremantle defender Alex Pearce has injured his right leg during a running session at the club on Friday.

Scans and further assessments on Monday confirmed a partial fracture to the leg he broke in last year’s round 9 clash against Richmond at Domain Stadium.

Opens the door for Luke Ryan, or different type of player?

Luke Ryan is more a flanker type player.  Alex Pearce is a key back and I think this potentially opens up a spot for Griffin Logue

Here's hoping that it wont be a bad set back for Alex.
Hopefully moving to the new training facility will alleviate dome of the leg injuries and soft tissue injuries the players have.
I know that the injury did not occur at Fremantle oval, but the surface at Fremantle oval doesn't help in the recovery from leg injuries, due to its hardness.

It's a Kim Hack Dorn article and the only reference I can find is on the age.... but apparently his leg isnt healing well
