Which one would you pick?

Hey guys.

Currently sitting 1350, only 300 pts from leader. Need some help. Making 2 trades this week. 1 was to get Newman in.
Help me sort out my other trade.

My Team is:
Doc, Adams, Laird, Marchbank, Hampton, Newman (Otten, Stewart)
Danger, Treloar, Fyfe, Beams, Murphy, Steele, Swallow, ________ (SPP, Parfait, Hibberd)
Witts, Sandi
Nroo, Dahl, Higgins, Nank, Rough, WHE (Hannan, Eddy)


I have 550K to spend

Options:
A) Get Heppell. Under-priced for what he can do, will do and what he's averaging. Will be essendons top SC scorer with Merrett. Downside is he isn't a top 10 mid, more like top 20.

B) Get Touk Miller. Underpriced, looks to be worthwhile and top 10 forwards, can smash out tons, SC friendly role. Looks to average 90+. One of Miller/Steele looks to be a handy F7/M9 all year, most likely Miller if i bring him in.

C) Jake Lloyd - new kid on the block in DEF. Gets the ball, can he keep it up when mcveigh n co come back? Will he be top 10 def? I think he can. After Doc, Shaw, Adams, Laird- it can come down to the last few spots that Lloyd can occupy…

D) Other options… e.g…Macrae etc…

I belueve you need another R12 bye player or two. Rance will be a target and maybe Cotchin. Miller will give you two R9 byes to cover or trade by then.

Going hard early with aggressive trading. To see if i can go for overall as much as i can.

2 people trading out is JOM & Taranto.

Think you are still a super premo short so you need to work out strategy to get in Pendles, Rocky, Sloane, Martin or Bont. You will need at least 2 of these if you want to be up there.  As a guide I am ranked 853 and  I have 3 more prems than you. Heppell will not cut it.

If however you want to use the $550k would go Macrae. As you say Heppell may be top 20 but you would want the majority of your mids to be Top 10 and you only have 4 assuming both murphy and Beams stay healthy who would be top 10.
