Need some advice.

Team as currently stands above. which I'm reasonably happy with except that I have $100,200 left over :o Seems silly to leave that much in the bank but I'm having trouble deciding what to do with it?

Is it worth making some minor upgrades like Swallow > Steele or Roughead > Higgins/Ryder?

I could go Laird > Thurlow to upgrade Witts to a Grundy/Stef type but not sure I really like that.

Any thoughts?

Don't think you will gain much by changes if you look at points gained unless gut says you can an extra 20ppg for the changes,

I would just keep it as it will allow first upgrade more quickly
