Wingard at 19, just a different position to Bont. Also hasn't progressed as much in 2016 while Bont has gone through the roof.

in recent times it is hard to argue

i think judd was 21 when he won his brownlow so bonts can match him

in older era (which is even harder to compare ofc but just for stats sake)

dick Reynolds won his first brownlow at 19

(ofc you don't "need" a brownlow to say youra good player plenty of good players never won one...but ofc plenty of good ones have won one...lol....)
