So I'm a bit stuck with what to do this week. I want to try and finish my team as quick as possible so I'm looking at what move to make this week. This is my team below after making my first trade.

So the trade I made was Ben Kennedy out, Kerridge forward, Bailey Williams into the midfield and Darcy Tucker in. That leaves me with 474k and 14 trades. I can essentially afford any mid or defender now but I have two issues. First is who do I trade out and the second is who do I bring in?

I had initially traded out Georgie Hewett but he plays GC this week and I think he has a lowish BE. I am pretty sure Walla, Gresh, Smith, Byrne-Jones, Hopper and Ruggles all still have cash to make.

If Hewett is the guy I trade out I can do two things, one is upgrade him to any mid (probably not a round 11 bye although I like 5 or 6 guys with that bye week) or I can turn him into any defender by shifting Kerridge into the middle and Walla forward. Any thoughts? I am thinking Sam Mitchell or Matty Boyd although I am tempted to wait a week and grab Suckling instead down back or just say F the byes and grab one of Gibbs/Sidebottom.

GoLions

I'm grabbing Gibbs this week, reckon Hewett to Gibbs could work for you as well (or a Neale, Treloar, etc)

Playing all 3 of Smith, Hopper, and Libba (who has been a bit up and down), and even with Gaz not being his best this year (hopefully turned a corner after last week), think upgrading a mid should be a higher priority than upgrading a defender this week.

Mat0369

If I was to upgrade a defender this week then Kerridge becomes M7 with Hopper/Smith at M8. It is basically fielding a Defensive premo and Kerridge vs a mid premo and Walla.

My only issue with one of the round 11 guys like Gibbs/Sidebottom/Treloar or even Armitage who looks to have bottomed out and bounced back is these are the guys I will have out in round 11

Doc
Brodie Smith
Steven
Pendles
Gaz
NRoo
Joey
Hall
Kerridge

Then I also have Josh Smith and guys like Tucker, Ruggles and Williams who aren't a lock for the 22 that week. It's why I was kind of looking at Sam Mitchell since he has close to bottomed out. Bryce's form has been ridiculous though. I wish I had started one of Gibbs/Hunter over Crouch right now......

GoLions

I guess the fact that I don't really care about the byes makes these decisions easier for me haha

Mitchell could definitely be a decent pick, has probably just about bottomed out now. Is Neale the same bye? Has the Bombers this week, and has been awesome this year!

Mat0369

I think they do. I did this earlier this week when making my decision and put in Sam Mitchell and Matho. Well with Matho out it might actually change it so I figured I would put it in here.

I think I am going to go F the byes and it will come down to one of the following

Gibbs vs Treloar vs Sidebottom vs Neale vs Hanners vs Jack Macrae vs Sam Mitchell

Mat0369

Screw it, considering I'm copping the Godly donut I've brought in Gibbs and against my gut have made him captain. All hail Bryce!
