Good news GAZ VC  135.      Bad news only way to get it is to take Hewett 19pts as Emergency for my Rocky Loophole.


Alternative strategy is trade rock to S Mitch or Blicavs and put C on Danger or S Martin.
option 1  135 +19 =154
option 2  100-150+100 = 200 to 250  plus a trade


Also concerned if I dont trade rocky this week next week will be stuck with papley, hewitt, davis,brown that all need action and still have barlow and rich to consider as well.   thoughts??

It is generally accepted that a trade is worth 100 points and/or 100-150k, so it seems acceptable to trade here to gain some points and to offload an injured prem.

I think you've got more options than you realise. If I were you i'd avoid Mitchell and Blicavs (sketchy as top-shelf mids), but look instead at getting in a Bona Fide forward premium. Rocky out, Wells to mids and then choose one of: Zorko, Dahl, Higgins, Waite, Cyril, Gunston etc.

My pick would be Zorko. In the absence of Rocky/Beams he should continue to dominate the mids. Waite has started brilliantly but can't sustain it for the season.

Zorko > Dahl > Gunston imo and whack the C on Danger.

ended up going with smitch.    won my cash league and 50/50 others.    stepped up leagues since last year and it is hot competition.
