bit of a hijack but is Lonergan worth downgrading to a rookie??

I'm dumping him and keep The Seed

its what im doing. Seed is slowly ramping it up. Take out the concussion and he would have gone 59 75 100. Thats not a guy to trade out.

Without the concsussion i reckon there would be a few asking whether we should trade him in.
