Hi guys here is my team, ive been ranked in top 1000 last 3 years, 330 was my best in 2014. and was just wanting some other opinions on my team.

DEF: Houli, laird, Birchall, Rich, M,brown, Hartley (Tucker, Collins)
MID:Fyfe, Danger, JPK, Ward, Libba , De Goey, Mills, Gresham (Gore, Mathiesson, Menuade)
RUCKS: Martin, Blicavs (COX)
FWD: barlow, Franklin, Greene, Wells, Menzel, Kerridge (Ben Kennedy, Tipungwuti)

Bank 60k
i can also try and fit in wietering in defence.

i use to have rockliff in that M5 spot and didnt have degoey, menzel and ben kennedy. but did some tinkering and took rockliff out, brought in de goey who i think will average enough to be kept in my fwd line or as cover between lines. and it then also provides me with you could say midpriced/rookie priced players who will provide good scores that i can expect and also cash generation which is what i need. some may be staying away from the 200-300k players but i think wells and menzel are too good not to have. wells is almost a lock for everyone but everyone is iffy on menzel. but paying 260k for him to give 75+ scores i reckon with some hundreds maybe is value and is what you need early on to gain points. because picking those last few players on each line are just as important as the first few on each line. so yeah please give me some feedback on what you think.

Thanks

I think kennedy costs too much $ to be sitting on the bench.
For me i would look at menzel > cheap rookie playing rd 1 and kennedy on to the field.
Extra money you get from that you can use to strengthen rookies on other lines (defence - someone to weitering) or upgrade a premo (birchall to rance/simmo/etc.)

Bully

You need to think about a contingency for Tucker, Gore, Mathieson and Collins. None of these guys look like playing in round 1.

AaronKirk

Collins should become Adams from the bulldogs - he is looking like he will play round 1.

Ruggles and Byrne-Jones are the options to come in for Tucker as one of them should also play round 1.

Unless you think Menzel will average 80+ drop him to a rookie forward. Kennedy will average similar. McCarthy from the cats is around 120k cheaper and should make more cash.

Maybe then use the cash to upgrade Gore/Mathieson to Oliver.

These make the rookie selections more secure.

Not picking Ablett, Rockliff, Dusty and Goldy is very interesting and could come off. More likely though is that it will put your behind the pack. You don't have to select all of them (Goldy isn't in my side) but having all 4 not in your side is a massive risk IMO.

after lots of experiementing, ive gone back to my initial layout and stacked the mids. reasoning is there is a lot,of good fwd rookies that i think will put put quaility scores untill they have reached a price where i can sell them off nd upgrade.

DEF: houli, laird, rich, weitering, dea, castagna (collins, brown)

MIDS: Fyfe, danger, pendles, jpk, ward, rockliff, libba, mills (gresham, gore, davis)

RUCK: Martin, Nic Nat (cox)

FWD,: Barlow, Greene, Wells, Kennedy, Menadue, Kerridge ( mcdonald tipuwuti, mcgovern)

i use to hwve birchall d3 and franklin and de goey in, but then opted to trade them allout, bring a rookie into defence, move kerridge and menadue into fwd line and trade in pendles as rocky.

my last decision i think will be either gaz or pendles. so what are your thoughts on this team guys??

Glenmaggie

Gaz over pendles and I'd definitely go hall over greene at the moment!

Ringo

Trust you have some spare cash to adjust rookies come Rd 1 if not named. Adams I think would be in front of Collins, Gore, Castagna and McGovern may struggle to be named and Davis has to be elevated.

Prefer Gaz over Pendles but go with gut. Greene/Hall a toss up.

Very solid team though with just a few little tweaks needed,
