Duryea...does he need another year or is he ready?

I really like the look of this guy and the way he goes about it.  But is he ready to take the next step?  Currently have him pencilled in at D4.  I get the feeling that Hawthorn are grooming him for a big future.

Too much for someone not proven. Birch at 60K more much better option, or even Eski cheaper

I think he's ready but his role is not suited to large scoring. Gibson and birchall are the playmakers

I don't he'll ever be a 90+ scorer, perhaps when Birch and Burgoyne retire.

17 Disposals from 80% game time scoring 57DT and 68SC in NAB 1 v a weak Carlton line up doesn't inspire a lot of confidence.

Spend the extra coin and bring in Birchall if you want a Hawthorn defender.
