Hey fellas, time to get back in the swing of it.
Managed to finish top 2k last year, going to try one better and get inside the top thousand.
First draft so far will change a million times before rd 1 but feel as though it looks good.

Let me know what you think of it, or if you think any picks are absolutely outrageous, keen to get a few opinions.

Backs: Shaw, Laird, Roberton, Bartel, Mackenzie, Brown(Ess) (Byrne, Tipungwuti)

Mids: Dangerfield, Pendlebury, Shiel, Rockliff, Liberatore, Trengove, Gresham, Cuningham (Polkinghorne, Phillips, Hibberd)

Ruck: Goldstein, Naitanui (Cox)

Forward: Martin, Dahlhaus, Wingard, Anderson, Kerridge, Petracca (Lowden, Adams)

62k leftover

Feel like Goldy could be a nice pod due to his price, happy to have Gablett as a non-pod, gut feeling has me a little cautious of the little master. Roberton also feels like he's going to explode, talk of midfield time.
Cheers in advance

Don't really mind the structure... a little Def heavy maybe- given most of the talk is insecurities in this line.
A bit surprised to see no GAJ OR FYFE, but if you are backing perma C Goldy or Danger this is still fairly solid. (I just think Gaz is potentially very cheap given what he has proven historically.)
Obviously rookies (and rookie pricers) are still up in the air pending NAB.
Will Lowden play? (?no Ruc cover).

Overall, a little bit of risk can equal reward. Time will tell on the fringe selections.
Good-luck :)

rejigged the side, give me some opinions please!

Def: Shaw, Laird, Roberton, Mackenzie, Hartley, Brown (Byrne, Wagner)

Mids: Dangerfield, Pendlebury, Shiel, Rockliff, Liberatore, Blakely, Gresham, Petracca (Polkinghorne, Cuningham, Keays)

Ruck: Goldstein, Martin (Loersch)

Forward: Martin, Dahlhaus, Wingard, Barlow, Cockatoo, Kerridge (Grimley, Tipungwuti)

48k leftover, leaving this amount gives some flexibility for post nab rookie selections.
Have gone light on in defence which is because I don't really feel confident selecting any others besides Shaw and Laird. Feel as though Roberton could go off, purely based on last years form.
Forward line feels strong as is and will more than likely stay how it is, pending rookie selections.
