With Alex Pearce being struck down with OP and going to be missing for some time, does that make Sam Collins the next one in line to take over a KP in the back line?
He is a mature bodied player , who has performed for the Hawthorn second side for a couple of years and done well.Seems he held down the CHB position well.
Would it put him before Silvagni?

It is definitely between Silvagni and Collins.  A Peace showed last season he has what it takes, so when he is healthy I think he will come in to the team.

I agree , but it will depend on how long Pearce is out and also if Collins can set himself into the side.
Silvagni still has a lot to prove I think before he is a chance.
