round 1 rolling/partial lockout?

in reading the rules this should be a partial lockout,but they only give an example of a round beginning june 23,i would hate to get a nasty surprise tomorrow & find that i cant change my team after securing only richmond & carlton players & premiums im 99.9% sure will play,then loading up with hawks because they play last,can someone confirm please?would it be so difficult for afl fantasy to list the rounds that are affected in there game guidelines?

6. Partial LockoutHow the Partial Lockout System Works

        The competition enters Partial Lockout mode when there is a game that starts earlier in the week than the traditional Friday night game start at or around 7.00pm.
        For example, there will be a Partial Lockout at the beginning of the Adelaide v North Melbourne match, at 8:10pm on Thursday, June 23.
