Need help deciding!

So I have 2 options this week.

Option 1 - Boston to Bartel which would complete my forward line. Leaving Lambert & Goddard as bench cover
Option 2 - Hamling to T.Mcdonald (yeah, didn't jump on him at the start), which would complete my backline. Leaving Brown & Lever as bench cover.

Both options would see me downgrading Krak first, then upgrading to one of the above.
Help.

I'm assuming it's STK Goddard as bench cover?

I'd get Bartel as Lever at d6 is better than Lambert at f6.

What do the rest of your fwd/def lines look like?

Currently:
Backline- Shaw, Rance, Newnes, Hibberd, Simpson Lever
Fwd line- Gray, Martin, Swan, Bont, Mitchell, Lambert
