Really stuck was going to go roughead to BJ and miller to dumont now thinking of going roughead to BJ still but miller to hamling via saad.

What should I do?

I'd really consider getting Clark off field Jezza, leave Miler if Rocky out and you want to bench him. Perhaps look at Franklin coming in

what if i do clark to BJ then I can go rocky to walls

Saad, Lever, Rich, CEY, Clark. That is 5 players that should not be in your final 22. And you only have 16 trades left. I would not go trading Rocky, Roughead, or even Pittard just yet. You got those guys in for a reason (To be in your final side), at least fill up the rest of your spots before trading them out.

The spot where you are losing the most points right now is up forward with Clark on the field so that should be the spot to upgrade first. Turning Miller to Dumont is also a good move. I wouldn't go to Goddard if you can get Gray, you need Robbie Gray even though he costs a heap, you have to do that asap.
