TBH i am not really sure how people still have 19 trades left saying they only need 5 upgrades ect with all the injuries to premos and rookies this season, guess you must have picked all the right guys from the get go had only 2-3 injuries instead of 10 and be in the top 200 lol....well done  ;)

Have to agree. When it all boils down so much is luck.
Some great teams about and many of them have trades to burn. By year's end I'm sure to be some way off the pace.
Lids, Bartel, Simpson(regrettably), Sloane, Rockliff and a couple of early corrective trades (Cockatoo out & Oxley in) mean at some point I 'm likely to stagnate as others zoom on by.

Couple upgrades next week and then will only need one more downgrade in 2 weeks to get Dumont up to Sloane and finish off my team

Had a few injuries (ablett, heeney, CEY, simpson, rockliff(r9), watson, clark, cripps, bont), traded out ablett and heeney buy I have basically just used my rookies as cover and have tried to limit my trades unless they are a upgrade/downgrade which means im not top 200 (7200) but have trades to burn down the stretch. Will most likely use 8-9 over the next 3 weeks. PLUS I still have underperformers in the likes of griffen and lumumba, so if you count those 2, 19 trades 6 upgrades.

18 left. Plan on using 5 next two weeks to get hodge, Sloane and ward which will leave me needing 1 premium mid. Plus 1-2 prem defenders with Newnes and C.Pearce at D5/6, but will worry about those 2 post buys.
