Bringing in both this week most likely for NVB and Lamb. Or I could make more cash and get Tarrant for Salem.

Im thinking dimilar. Could go nelson and lamb to krak and taz and get rid of my worst rookies. Or could trade out heeney and salem and lyself enough cash to go pearce or saad to any premium back, likely smith with a single trade the following week.

get rid of the dead weight don't trade playing rookies and hold non playing rookies.

Yeah I really can't understand people talking about trading rookies that are playing when they have ones that aren't...

If you have Lamb, he absolutely goes for one of them. Don't be silly. You could make a quick cash grab on Salem or Clark, but their BEs are 17 and -14 respectively, they've still got space to go up, and you'd still have a sack of potatoes on your bench.

I don't know why people have lamb still. But my reason is he is handy to ise for loophole. My bench rookies all plau except for 1 on each line. I find it handy to loophole scores

The only reason I have Lamb Is because of other injuries/correction trades. I've only used 3 anyway.

My point was to use Lamb as a loophole to get the highest points possible. Does look tempting trading Salem but in saying that I will keep him for another week.

Whats peoples hurry with Salem, BE is only 17 or is more about the money from the trade?

I understand in the sense that I see what you mean. I don't understand in the sense that you've got a non- player on each line to try and loophole some extra points, but at the expense of making money to complete your final team faster. So in the short term you might gain points, but in the long term you're probably worse off. Even then the rookie loophole is still a gamble of who to put the emergency on, so it's still a risk. I think most people have a non playing R3 to serve a C/VC loophole which is fine, but having a non-player on every line just to try and loophole a rookie score every week seems short sighted to me.

He is the only option I have to get in Tarrant

Clark hasn't made enough money, Bellchambers provides DPP and Hogan isn't going anywhere, so Salem has to go for me to get Tarrant

Salem might make an extra 50k, but I'll get 5 times that from Tarrant plus better scoring

Surely you have someone like Van Berlo or Heeney that you can trade out for Tarrant via a dpp link in your forward line?

I've gone Van Berlo > Tarrant via Bonts dpp

Will throw Bonts back to the forward in a few weeks once Salems maxed out and upgrade him to a premo mid.  8)

Didn't pick NVB, and I'm downgrading Heeney in the next week or two to Dumont/Boekhorst whoever

I'm happy to trade out Salem

tyronee

keen to get either or both into my team. Traded in NVB round 3 btw.

MID: Lewis, Neale, Beams, Rich, Priddis, Ellis-Yolmen, Van berlo, Heeney, Vandenberg, Cripps, Miller

FWD: Swan, D Martin, Bont, Robbie Gray, Hogan, Salem, Bellchambers, Clark

Thoughts? could move swan / martin / gray into mids and trade out heeney or NVB along with a FWD rookie
