Now the real season starts.

Dumont, Smith, JK, Drummond, Michie, Hams, Dale....many decisions to be made regarding scoring, JS and vests not to mention if it's worth downgrading players who might still have good money to make.

I reckon we need to give all these guys a week, noone has really maxed out yet.

Three of the seven players I mentioned were named on extended benches - JK, Smith and Dale.

I'm bullish about JK and Smith being named. Dale is the only one who seems doubtful in my mind.

Boekhorst I didn't mention because of his shower price.

Would only be interested in clay smith of the lot. At 194k he could easily go to 350k. But michie already 330k. Clay will be sub I reckon if he snags a game.

College has been racking up ball in wafl. Last 2 games. He would be good pick... That's if he's gets a game. Then gotta dodge sub. Would probz wait a week for him too.

Mr.Craig

Hoping like hell Michie is sub and Gus finally gets a full game.

Interesting to note that Minson's dropped to the bench, with A Cordy as main ruckman
possible downgrade target?

Robbie Gray is OUT of the Port side. Ah Chee comes in

honestly, I reckon it's carnage - but at this point, I'm not even surprised
with a calf injury too

A calf? That's an old mans injury. It does explain his low score last week though.

Meh most of the time coaches do that it's to get their match-ups in their favour. I notice Barlow and Neale both on the bench for Freo too, Suckling starts on the bench a lot, Swanny was always on the bench a couple of years ago. Minson will probably come on, go forward and try to get a mismatch then resume rucking duties after 10-15 minutes. He's still their #1 ruckman.

Collingwood have released a press release with 8 debutants running out for them this week

the keener-eyed will notice that it's 8 people making their first anzac day appearance, rather than 8 firstgamers

Sam Jacobs will eat them alive if that is what the Doggies are gonna do.
