Hille or Ballantyne

I know they're both in different positions, but who will score more?
Right now my rucks are Sandilands and Hille with Tippett forward, but I'm thinking Sanildands and Tippett in rucks with Ballantyne forward - the only difference between the 2 is having Hille or Ballantyne in the team so which one?

Hille was always a good player, started slow last year and then struck down by an ACL. He is cheap this year, jump on.
