Am trading one of these 2 for Dale this week but not sure who is the best one to trade.

Lonie had a B/E of 95 but has a reasonable price difference to Tarrant if i trade him (70k)

Im hoping Tarrants game last week was a one off but i find him better bench coverage than Lonie.

If i trade Tarrant as opposed to Lonie i will have 280k which will allow me to upgrade a rookie to a decent prem.

I guess its just the 70k price difference that is making it difficult to decide.

Cheers

Hansen back and fit is impacting Taz imo

If you hold Lonie, you will have to hold him through the byes.  with that 3 in his rolling average it's going to effect his price massively.  That said, he has great job security and if he can sit on your bench scoring 50-80 each week - no harm done.

Good reasons both to hold and trade with Lonie.

Tarrant has peaked for the time being - good time for a cash grab, may loose a little cash this week, job security not as good as Lonie's.  Role may be switched between def/fwd and this could affect his scoring.

I think I would keep Lonie and trade Tarrant.  And I think I've just talked myself into trading Tarrant and keeping Salem (although I am worried about whether he will be back for the byes).

I don't think this is the case. The only guy who can affect Tarrant's job security is Nathan Grima, who is still around a month away. Arguably Joel Tippett too, but I don't think he posses a big threat.

The addition of Hansen may be hampering Tarrant's scoring potential, but Hansen isn't going to play a traditional key defender roll. He's the 'extra man' back there taking intercept marks. I can't see Tarrant moving forward with Waite, Petrie and Brown already there, and I certainly wouldn't want Hansen standing a key forward either!

However, I'm deciding between these 2 on who to trade as well. Leaning towards Lonie though, as Tarrant technically isn't a rookie, and has shown he can score big. Him and Clark rotating through F6 for a few weeks looks good to me.

What's your take on Dumont jfitty?  Will he stay in the team through the byes do you think?

The thing with Lonie is if you dont trade him this week then you have to keep him till the bye rounds.
I dont like the fact that i also will be relying on Lonie and Lambert as my fwd emergencies.

Trading Tarrant would prove to be a much better cash gain but im just hoping if i go Lonie that extra 70k doesnt come back to bite me.

Tarrant has a round 13 bye. It's tempting to trade him out, but he could be a vital player to hold through the first 2 bye rounds, particularly round 12. I'm tempted to trade him too, but I think he's a hold for now.

After a bit more thought, bye consideration and a degree of confidence in Tarrant, I will hold him and look at Heeney out instead.

Bad bye, still out and high BE.
