Because we only do the first round of the draft and 19 is the last pick of that round.

Why not include the academy players? You'll still have to pick the correct order. Plus what if Essendon bid pick 5 on Hipwood and Brisbane choose not to match?

Then you would have to say Hipwood pick 5 for Dons.... nothing changes
