I think Rusling has featured in my pre-season team every year at some stage, Gumbleton is now filing that role that rusling used to take

Actually, I was thinking he may be a good downgrade target late in the year. Once he builds up match fitness, he might get some games mid year....  or maybe i should just let go of the Rusling thing once and for all!!
