Draft Trading

I am in a draft league which is set up as multiple player trading (i.e. I can trade 2 of my own players for 1 of my opponents).

There are currently 4 players on the bench, my Question:

If I trade 2 and receive 1 in return, do I then get stuck with 3 bench players or can I pick up a 4th from the waiver/free agent list?

Likewise for the person receiving 2, do they now have 5 on the bench or have to get rid of 1?

You would need to pick up a free agent, and the other guy would need to delist someone from his team
