Whats the reasoning behind Docherty and Frawley? Personally, I'd swap one of them for Lumumba, looks to be getting up into the midfield this year.

Little bit light in the premos for mids. Greenwood is an interesting choice, obviously dominated last year but can he keep it up? Wines also an interesting choice, a nice average last year and should up it a bit more this year but I don't thinkk it would be enough to warrant a selection.

Rucks pretty stock.

Obviously Ryder is there for the DPP. Bird is different, can have his quiet games though. I'm a Melbourne man and I don't think Toumpas will get enough games to make it a worthwhile pick. He will get a few games I think but not as many as you want.

I just feel docherty is now 21, with 30 games under his belt, played a lose defender with ample marks last year, i feel he could break out, also a POD and always in the game off the half back with carlton, Simpson gets the attention often feel he could well average late 80's, and with the backs being difficult you have to take a risk on a couple. I accept Frawley is a risk so hence will consider you HL choice.

IMO one of Wines, Greenwood or Swallow needs to become a Barlow, Pendles higher premo type.

Wouldn't go with Frawley either in the defence. Take the suggestion of Barra and bring in Heritier Lumumba.

Kreuzer now needs to go as well. Not a fan of the Bird and Toumpas picks up forward.
